About this clinic

In partnership with the Native Village of Eklutna Tribal Council, Southcentral Foundation assumed management of health care services in 2018 to the communities residing along the Glenn Highway (Eklutna, Eagle River, Palmer, Chugiak, and Peters Creek). The Eklutna Community Clinic offers high-quality services that support family wellness and shared responsibility for everyone (regardless of Indian Health Service status) at every stage of life. Services are available to all members of these communities. All insurances are accepted and those without insurance are charged on a sliding fee scale depending upon both household income and size. The Eklutna Community Clinic team will work in partnership with you to ensure you receive the tools, support, and resources you need to make health-related decisions, and that all your health needs are addressed.
