The Providence Family Medicine Center provides complete medical treatment with open access for every member of your family. We meet health care needs for all ages, including care through pregnancy and delivery. We treat bumps and bruises, chronic or acute conditions, and provide services ranging from immunizations to minor surgery. As a certified Patient Centered Medical Home, our clinic integrates primary care and behavioral health, providing patient-focused services from pre-natal through end-of-life care. You’ll have a dedicated primary care resident or faculty family doctor working closely together to provide complete medical evaluation and treatment. We orchestrate all your care, whether it’s outpatient, inpatient, long-term, home care or residential facility services.
