About this clinic

Erie Foster Avenue Health Center is Erie’s first location on a hospital campus. Located at the corner of Foster and California, Erie Foster Avenue offers all new equipment in a state-of-the-art, beautiful environment. We offer primary medical care for children, adults and older adults, prenatal care and women’s health services, behavioral health services, chronic disease management, vaccines and flu shots, STI testing and treatment. It also hosts a Lending Hands for Life satellite clinic, which provides care for patients with HIV/AIDS. Erie Foster Avenue also has a five-chair, state-of-the-art dental facility that provides comprehensive oral health services - from cleanings and fluoride treatments to crowns and root canals - to children and pregnant women. Adult dental patients also must be medical patients of Erie Family Health Center. As Erie’s first location on a hospital campus, Erie Foster Avenue patients will also have access to the on-site specialty care services provided by Swedish Covenant Hospital.
