Faith Family seeks to become the family physician for these residents. With a low-cost primary care provider available to them, people will be able to seek out medical care at the onset of any problems. Treatment can then begin early-on instead of after their conditions have become more complicated. Clinic patients also benefit from counseling and education services designed to help them achieve a healthier lifestyle.

H.O.W.E. is a 38’ Mobile Health Unit with three exam rooms. Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center continues to serve the community, only now, H.O.W.E. will take the mission on the road.
