Our second clinic is located in the Balch Springs Shopping Plaza on the corner of Shepherd Lane and Elam Road in Balch Springs, TX. This location may be more convenient for patients who live southeast of Dallas. We are currently accepting new patients from Balch Springs and the surrounding communities.

Is dental care included?
Usually not, and this is the single most common disappointment. Confirm that dental is offered at this specific location before travelling.
Can I get a prescription refilled here?
Most clinics require an appointment before they will refill anything, and a first appointment can be weeks out.
