Dental services: Dental services are $5 cleanings and screenings for low income and uninsured. The Fountain Clinic also provides some extractions and fillings for a $25 charge per tooth if you qualify for the Dental Partnership program.

About this clinic

The Fountain Clinic was established to help those who are uninsured and under-insured, and cannot afford needed medical and/or dental care. Staffed primarily by our nurse practitioner, volunteer physicians, dentists and physician assistants, our resources are used to provide physician services, diagnostic testing, and medications for the patients we serve.
