Our Charleston Health Center has continued to serve the downtown community and the surrounding area over the years and expanded services to meet a multitude of health needs. Services at our downtown location include Primary Care (Adult & Pediatric), Diagnostic Labs, Women’s Health, Immunizations, Family Planning, Mobile Dental Care, Translation, Specialist Referrals and Behavioral Health.
