Clinic Details:The Green River Medical Center provides a full range of primary and preventive health care, dental and oral health programs, behavioral health, chronic care management, pharmacy services, and urgent care interventions. We also coordinate emergency services throughout the region. We accept all major insurance programs. The programs we provide to members of our community are available regardless of the ability to pay, and our staff coordinates with a wide range of state, local and federal programs to assist those in financial hardship. Green River Medical Center is an FTCA deemed facility as a Health Center Program grantee and staff is deemed Public Health Service employees under Federal law for professional liability. Our Board of Directors and our community are dedicated to the provision of a complete range of health care and related services, to be available to our citizens and the many guests who visit us or pass through our area. We are proud to be a certified Ambulatory Care and Primary Care Medical Home under the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. We are members of the Association for Utah Community Health.

This site was opened with the support of Intermountain Healthcare to ensure that low-income and uninsured community residents have access to comprehensive primary healthcare services including well care, prenatal care, pediatrics, immunizations, women’s health, family planning, geriatrics, and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.

Details: Our clinic in Washington Terrace is exclusively for children — with a brightly decorated, kid-friendly environment. In addition to providing well-child visits, immunizations and treatment for acute illnesses, Midtown’s pediatricians are also experienced in caring for children with chronic illnesses and special needs.
