About this clinic

Health Partners Free Clinic provides medical care for the uninsured and underserved residents of Miami County, Ohio. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and a host of other health care professionals volunteer their time and expertise in service to the residents of Miami County, without cost to our patients. Conveniently located in a fresh facility, we offer nearly 50 hours per week of care at no cost. Patients with chronic health problems, such as diabetes, hypertension, and chronic lung disease can receive care in our friendly and safe environment, with regularity.
