Comment from Unknown:

I usually have no problems when I come in. I do however get annoyed when I have an appointment at a certain time, ask how much longer it's going to be, and get attitude. Walk ins should not take priority over people who make appointments. They should be squeezed in around appointments. When I made my appointment they said they were packed the entire day except for the time I booked. Now I am told they had several walk ins and they are running behind. I could have simply just walked in and been seen earlier.
