HopeHealth now has 12 locations (10 community health centers and two infectious diseases treatment and prevention centers) and over 90 providers covering primary care, dental care, chiropractic care, rheumatology, endocrinology, behavioral health and psychiatry, pain management, substance use treatment, and women’s health services.
