Clinic Details:Our Mission is to provide access to affordable, high quality, integrated health care for all. Our organization offers a wide range of services, which includes comprehensive behavioral health care, dental health care, and primary health care. At HHC, a variety of public and private insurances are accepted in addition to a sliding fee scale for dental health care, primary health care, and some behavioral health care services. Hopewell Health Centers has 22 locations spanning nine counties in Southeastern Ohio. HHC is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of patients and individuals from the communities which we serve.
Details: Vineyard’s Free Medical Clinic meets the first and third Mondays of each month at 5pm. We provide a caring atmosphere for basic medical needs. We are staffed with medical professionals including doctors and nurses. We also have a Women's Clinic available by appointment the third Monday of every other month. Limited appointments are available. The above services are for those who have Medicaid and the uninsured within the 200% of the poverty level.

By the Way is a neighborhood-based, comprehensive ministry working within the Lancaster community to offer hope to those in despair. Staffed by medical professionals as a non-profit clinic providing medical exams, prescription assistance, outpatient testing, social services, and nursing follow up to those who cannot afford conventional health care, By the Way is founded through the cooperation of members from over six area churches.

Remarks: This service is provided by professional collection specialist and funded by HRSA to obtain healthy communities. There are no costs associated with Key Better Days Society's COVID-19 testing services. Specimens are processed by an outside, certified laboratory, called Test Today USA, Llc.
Details: The mobile free store clinic travels to locations and provides no-cost COVID-19 saliva testing to people living in Butler County and surrounding areas.

Patients will receive one-on-one education relating to contraception, reproductive health, and sexually transmitted infections. We also provide education about healthy relationships, personal safety, wellness issues such as sexual assault,human trafficking and domestic violence.
