Our Plano, TX Health Services of North Texas (HSNT) office at the Collin County Center offers infectious disease care, primary medical care for adults, behavioral health and limited pediatrics. At this location, you can benefit from our family medicine appointments, annual physicals, behavioral health services, immunizations, on-site lab testing, well-woman exams, and same-day sick visits (when possible). We have specialized services for patients with diabetes, hypertension, chronic illnesses, or infectious diseases (HIV and hepatitis C testing and treatment).
