Clinic Details:At the Jefferson County Fourth Street Health Center (JCFSHC), we believe that people without insurance deserve quality, compassionate healthcare, regardless of their ability to pay. As a 501(c)(3) volunteer- based health center located at the corner of Fourth and Ross streets in downtown Steubenville, JCFSHC provides free health care for residents of Jefferson County who are uninsured and who have chronic health issues. To be eligible for free care at JCFSHC, patients must: Be a resident of Jefferson County; Between the ages of 18-64; Have no form of health insurance; Meet Federal Poverty Guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; Show an Ohio picture ID; Provide proof of income or no income. Patients who meet eligibility requirements do not have to pay for an office visit or for medications provided during that visit, JCFSHC asks patients to make a $5 donation to cover supplies for our office; however, patients are not turned away if they are unable to make a donation.
Services:Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose screenings, Urine Tests, HBa1c tests, Pelvic Exams, Pap tests and Mammograms (Through the Breast Cancer and Cervical Program), Removal of lesions and moles, Patient education classes, Blood Pressure and INR clinic

Details: The Nord Center is a private, non-profit agency providing comprehensive behavioral and mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in the greater Lorain County area. Our services include outpatient counseling; sexual assault / rape crisis services; drug and alcohol addiction; dual diagnosis (substance abuse and mental illness); psychiatry and medication management; employment and vocational services; supportive housing as well as homelessness prevention. We also offer culturally-specific services to bilingual and African-American consumers.
Details: Grace Clinic Delaware is a free medical ministry that serves uninsured and underinsured members of our community with free medical appointments, prescription assistance, and specialist appointments. It relies on the generosity of over 130 doctors, nurses, specialists, pharmacists, non-medical volunteers, and the support of the community to accomplish its mission.
