Patient-centered means that individuals can come to the center for medical services and also get connected to local, affordable counseling and dental services, while receiving education on how to avoid chronic diseases. All Patients Accepted - Men, Women, & Children of all ages including those who have no insurance, are under-insured, or have insurance. We are your local preferred Medicaid provider!

The OACHC, Ohio Association of Community Health Centers, is a non-profit organization that represents Ohio’s FQHCs.
