About this clinic

In response to the 2020 pandemic, Lestonnac Free Clinic began to incorporate innovative portable medical equipment, allowing almost any specialty to become available to patients regardless of location. Through a secure video connection, a medical assistant operates the equipment allowing the provider to access to the device’s data in real-time with magnified sound and images for a proper patient assessment. With this technology, Lestonnac can provide specialty care services that were traditionally only available in person by both patient and the specialist at our Orange Clinic. This enables us to open specialty to care services to virtually any location.
