Comment from Roxy: I go to the Novato Clinic and talk about mistakes. I have had paper work to get X-rays done and it had someone else's name on it. My medication has been wrong or not called into the pharmacy at all and the waiting time to see my doctor is usually an hour to 2 hours long and trying to get an appointment is usually not for a month or longer. They are way over crowded. I know its a clinic, but just because it is, it does'nt have to be run so poorly!
