About this clinic

We understand that visiting a medical clinic can be uncomfortable and keep many from going until it’s too late. That’s why MHC has opened Integrated Health Cooperative, which is our primary care clinic. We have done everything possible to design a primary care experience that is relaxing, comfortable and helpful for you. MHC offers primary care services onsite at the Nashville office for individuals who are enrolled in MHC services. In locations where MHC does not yet have a primary care component, our team works closely with you to connect you with a primary care provider (PCP) that you feel comfortable with. We will help you remove any barriers that may prevent you from seeing your provider.
