Comment from Gina M.Fiorello:

I am very unhappy with Mission Community Network.I am a victim of a hit and run, which left me nearly blind and several fractures to my face...WHICH STILL REMAIN UNTREATED! This accident occurred approximately six weeks ago. I was saved by ambulance and peace officers which rushed me to Olive View Trauma Center. The Doctor in the trauma unit that early morning took the necessary steps and procedures to put my face back togethter, I was released to go home to heal and follow up to see him the following Monday which was two days later after the my accident. Returning to the Olive view Hospital...I went to the ENT Clinic and was refused due to the nature of my insurance under the OBAMA CARE. Some reason I would not be covered to see doctor so I was refused and sent away to financial ...keep in mind I am in severe pain, with half of my face resown together, Financial suggested I enroll with their services at the Olive View care center. But if I did that then I would be subjected to no services with my other treating mental health doctors. It has been six weeks ...my stitches still in my face ,,, i am in severe pain,,,homeless... and no medical attention because mission city does not return calls from several messages . so i don't know who I need to go see to get my face the proper urgent medical attention that it desperately needs. I REQUEST THAT IF YOU ..THE PERSON WHO IS READING THIS RIGHT NOW! PLEASE CALL ME AT 818-481-0057 TO HELP ME SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND HELP ME GET TO A DOCTOR UNDER YOUR INSURANCE CARE COVERAGE THAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD I NEED TO SEE. YOUR STAFF HAS A BAD HISTORY OF NOT RETURNING CALLS TO PEOPLE THAT ARE IN CRITICAL NEED. I HAPPEN TO BE ONE OF THOSE PERSONS.
