About this clinic

Mosaic Health Ilion was opened in the spring of 2016 to improve access to health care across the Mohawk Valley Region of New York. The center will help fill the gaps in primary and prenatal care and provide much needed access to chronic disease management and prevention services - especially for the underinsured. Access to primary care services should also help reduce the number of local hospital admissions. And because we know that getting to and from your appointment can be a problem, staff can help coordinate transportation to make sure you can keep your appointments.
