About this clinic

Mosaic Medical’s School-Based Health Centers are the result partnerships with the school district, county health department and Mosaic Medical. At each of our School-Based Health Centers (SBHC) we provide comprehensive, quality healthcare that is convenient and affordable. We do not turn away patients based on their ability to pay for medical services. We bring the doctor’s office right to the school, so students can be seen without missing school. Both students at the school and other children ages zero to 18 years are eligible for service, regardless of income, insurance or lack of insurance.
