Mountain Laurel Integrated Health serves the Citizens of Logan and Mingo Counties. We are a nonprofit comprehensive community provider of behavioral health services. Our staff of trained professionals provides an array of services for children, adolescents, and adults. We have locations in Logan and Mingo Counties. Also, we offer primary care services, immunizations, sports physicals and more to address the growing health care needs of our community
