Clinic Details: The Northeast Kentucky Care Center is a free clinic for Greenup and Boyd County adults, ages 18 and up. To qualify, patients must have no insurance, be low income and chronically-ill.

Services: Diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc.
