Among the many services provided at this clinic are: vaccinations, medications and refills, health education, smoking cessation, physician referrals, medical insurance applications, and handouts of basic personal items from toiletries to socks and slippers. We are also fortunate to be able to collaborate with the Department of Physical Therapy of the Jefferson College of Rehabilitation Sciences in addressing the musculoskeletal needs of this patient population.

The Center’s target population is the residents of the four public housing developments in the 11th Street corridor. The site was originally operated by Drexel University School of Nursing and then joined with FPCN as the FQHC in 2002. FPCN manages many of the health center operations while Drexel faculty and staff are dedicated to bringing innovative and complementary programs to the center to benefit all patients.
