About this clinic

Our primary and urgent care in La Jolla allows convenient access to numerous specialists, imaging centers, LabCorp, Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and an onsite pharmacy. With 8 exam rooms, our La Jolla office provides abundant space for our providers and patients. It is located on the 3rd Floor of the Scripps/XIMED Medical Center, which is an approximately 200,000 square foot medical office building providing offices to some of the best independent medical practitioners in San Diego. Perlman Clinic has been practicing patient-centered, high quality primary and urgent care in La Jolla since 2005. Core to our mission is becoming a patient’s medical home. We want patients to rediscover the comfort of what was once a visit to the doctor’s office. We offer same-or-next day appointments and our providers typically see fewer patients each day than the industry average, giving them more time to invest in and develop long-term relationships. So if you work or live in La Jolla, or somewhere nearby, we would love to help you with your healthcare needs. We’re grateful to provide patients in the area with the quality & compassionate medical care that they’ve come to expect from Perlman Clinic. Note that we are in-network with most insurances and for those of you without insurance, our cash pay rates are competitive.
