About this clinic

Our Mobile Medical Clinic (MMC) partners with churches and other community organizations to bring medical care directly to the most vulnerable in our communities. Each MMC site offers consistent access and sustained healthcare services for patients. We do not operate as urgent care or emergency care. Instead we focus on preventing the need for critical care and improving our patients health long term.
