Details: Hope Care Clinic began as Lighthouse Clinic in East Wenatchee, Washington in 2014 after a vision and a seed were planted in the hearts of two friends. Having served on several medical missions abroad, they realized there was a need for compassionate, quality health care in their own community. After sharing the vision with other providers and volunteers throughout the Wenatchee Valley, the Lighthouse Clinic, now Hope Care Clinic, was born. Details: Imagine going to a dental practice with the newest equipment and the most current practices where your teeth are examined thoroughly—not once, but twice. This is what you can expect at our clinic, all at a cost savings to you. The community dental clinic provides comprehensive dental hygiene care in modern teaching facilities. Students in Pima Medical Institute’s dental hygiene program perform oral examinations, teeth cleanings and X-rays and, in addition, create treatment plans under the supervision of licensed dentists and dental hygienists. Services are available to the general public enabling the clinic to assist patients in treating and preventing oral disease. Appointment times in our student clinic are longer than in a private dental practice since patient care is provided by students and monitored by the faculty. Preventive treatment appointments are about three hours in length, and patients may need more than one visit to complete treatment. Pima Medical Institute is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). Our students are highly trained and enthusiastic to help patients reach optimal dental health.
