About this clinic

Lake Roosevelt Community Health Centers (LRCHC), is a tribally owned entity that serves the tribal communities of Inchelium and Keller in Ferry County as well as the surrounding areas off the reservation.These tribally managed Health Centers receive funding as a Title 1, P.L. 93-638 contractor and as a Section 330 Community Health Center, and serve native and non native patients. Comprehensive programs and services are provided at these facilities and include the following: medical, dental, lab, radiology, podiatry,optometry, pharmacy, and physical therapy. The Tribes provide collaborative and complementary health services in the communities such as mental health, substance abuse, social services, community health, WIC, nutrition, maternal support services and community outreach which are co-located with the health services.

Is dental care included?
Usually not, and this is the single most common disappointment. Dental is frequently a separate program with its own eligibility, its own waiting list, and a narrower service list — extractions and urgent pain may be covered while fillings, crowns, root canals, and dentures are not. Confirm that dental is offered at this specific location before travelling.
Can I get a prescription refilled here?
Most clinics require an appointment before they will refill anything, and a first appointment can be weeks out. If you are close to running out of a medication you cannot safely stop, say so when you call — say the medication name and how many days you have left. Ask your pharmacy at the same time; pharmacists can sometimes authorise a short emergency supply.
What if I need care today?
