Comment from United States: My appointment was 5 30pm and I arrived 5 15pm. I ran out of work early to be on time. I wake up at 6 am and lunch at 12:30. It was 7:30pm and the doctor was still starting to see a patient ahead of me. I was exhausted, hungry and I consider this a lack of respect and consideration for the patient. Doctors are not GODS, they are employees and depend on patients to get jobs and pay their salaries. Very poor customer service.
