That Neighborhood Free Health Clinic is a faith-based non-profit health care organization, located in downtown Toledo, OH. Our parent 501(c)(3) is That Neighborhood Foundation, Inc. We are licensed health care professionals from all over the Toledo area, representing the diversity of our community through a wide array of races, nationalities, and cultures; who provide free health care to those in need: primarily the uninsured, underinsured and underserved families within our community.
