About this clinic

In 2002, PrimaryPlus opened its second family health office which is located 18 miles between Vanceburg and Maysville. With its hometown touch and its friendly, hometown staff, our Tollesboro team stands proud on PrimaryPlus’ quality, advanced, affordable healthcare mission. Services include family health, x-ray and pharmacy services. PrimaryPlus is proud to offer our trademarked WeCare® program at this facility utilizing a team of Medical Providers, Case Managers, Certified Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, Dietitians and more to give a TEAM approach to chronic disease management.
