- Details: Our campus is home to the Sulzbacher Medical Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility that offers a complete range of health-care services to residents of the Sulzbacher Center and to others in need in our community. Each resident undergoes a comprehensive medical assessment and treatment for any health issues that are discovered. Community partners help in many areas, including providing free medication, medical case management, health-education classes, vision screenings, low-cost glasses, wheelchairs, and much more. The center benefits from the services of nurses, doctors, residents and interns from the University of Florida, Florida State University, Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida.

Sulzbacher Medical Center - Hope

- Details: A critical factor in the success of the Sulzbacher Clinics is the Sulzbacher Homeless Outreach Project Expansion (HOPE) medical outreach program. Started in 2000 in downtown Jacksonville, the HOPE initiative was expanded in 2008 to the beaches communities. The program utilizes trained medical outreach specialists to engage individuals who are living on the street. Clinical staff travels with the van to provide health and psychiatric services. The HOPE Team also distributes clothing, blankets, food, water, and basic hygiene items to the homeless. Transportation to the beaches clinic is provided for homeless persons that are unable to come to the clinic on their own.
