The Hope Clinic will give hope to those who otherwise would have difficulty obtaining medical care due to financial restrictions. The clinic is intended for those who are without insurance and at or below 150% Federal Poverty Guidelines. Patients will be routinely screened for eligibility requirements and be directed to resources that meet their needs.

Details: The Center for Women and Children is a 30 bed, social model residential detoxification center for homeless women and children. The program provides a safe and supportive living environment for women to withdraw from alcohol and/or drugs. Women who enter the program are taking their first steps on the road to successful transition from substance abuse, addiction and homelessness. Therefore, the program seeks to provide women with the skills necessary to be successful in treatment and begin the process of moving out of homelessness.

Details: Community Health Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization, providing affordable, high-quality primary health care, dental, mental health and pharmaceutical services. CHC is a safety net provider of primary health care to Salt Lake County's uninsured, low-income families. From our simple roots as a "free clinic," we have grown to four health clinics and two dental clinics in Salt Lake County, Utah and a rural farm worker clinic in Box Elder County, Utah.
