- Details: The CHAS Health North County clinic opened in Deer Park late 2005 and serves North Spokane County including Clayton, Loon Lake, Milan and the surrounding area. Our facility offers a variety of services including access to doctors, dentists and an on-site pharmacy to conveniently fill prescriptions.
