Payment method: The charge is $20.00 per visit. Patients will, however, be seen even if they cannot pay at the time of their visit. If they cannot afford to pay for the visit, we ask for patients to 'Pay it Forward' with an act of community service to others. We ask for 4 hours of volunteer service per each clinic visit. Patients will be given a voucher to be returned to ACHC with the number of hours and service performed. There is the option to pay an amount based on a sliding income scale. This payment amount is based on family size and income, according to the Federal Poverty Guidelines, not to exceed more than $50.00.
