Conveniently located to serve Chicago’s east side communities, Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) East Side provides medical services for all ages. We offer primary medical care for children and adults, as well as dental care, prenatal care and women’s health services, behavioral health services, vaccines and flu shots, HIV testing, and STI testing and treatment. In addition to outstanding healthcare services, we offer support services for the whole family including care coordination and assistance with insurance and Medicaid benefits. Our bilingual staff can assist you in both English and Spanish. Our highly skilled doctors and medical staff are dedicated to providing you and your family with compassionate care. As your neighborhood health center, we are proud to have provided accessible and affordable medical care to the community for years, and will continue to provide the highest quality healthcare to anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay.
