Our clinic provides quality care for uninsured, under-insured, and Medicaid patients. We serve Dorchester, Berkeley, Charleston, and Colleton counties. Everyone is seen by a Family Medicine Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Doctor.
