About this clinic

Located on the first floor of our Union facility, our Health Center at Union is designed to offer you high-quality, comprehensive primary medical and behavioral health care. We care for people of all ages and offer a broad range of services - from preventive routine exams to same-day treatment of acute illness and injury, on-going primary care and follow-up for chronic health conditions. Should you require specialty care, we are happy to refer you to other qualified community providers. Women of all ages will find exceptional comprehensive health care at our Women’s Health Center, located on the second floor of our Union facility. Our care teams consisting of OB/GYN Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners and other dedicated health care professionals are committed to your health and well-being. Our providers offer a wide range of services - from preventive education, routine gynecological exams, to prenatal care and labor and delivery services at UCHealth - Memorial Hospital Central. Services are customized to meet your unique needs at every phase of your life: first menstruation, birth control, prenatal care and counseling, postnatal follow-up and peri-menopausal concerns. Special programs available include Baby and Me Tobacco Free, Prenatal Plus, First Visitor and Becoming a Mom classes. A full-time licensed counselor is also available to help patients with emotional or behavioral concerns.
