About this clinic

Our Health Center at Printers Parkway, 340, is home to Peak Vista's Clinical Training program – the Family Medicine Residency (FMR) program; our Health Center at Printers Parkway, 350, is home to Peak Vista's Clinical Training program - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Primary Care Fellowship. It is designed to offer you high-quality, comprehensive primary medical and behavioral health care. We care for people of all ages and offer a broad range of services – from preventive routine exams to same-day treatment of acute illness and injury, on-going primary care and follow-up for chronic health conditions. Our health centers are also home to a number of volunteer specialty physicians who treat our patients with needs for specialty care and have been referred by primary care providers. Should you require specialty care, we are happy to refer you to other qualified community providers.
