Our providers make on site visits to the Howard Good Samaritan Center and Whispering Winds Assisted Living Center to provide health care to their residents. Community Counseling Services from Madison, SD has staff on site weekly to provide counseling services. The community of Howard is also fortunate to have a pharmacy, physical therapy services and a volunteer ambulance service. Howard Community Health Center accepts all insurance and offer reduced prices on office visits and all other services provided in the clinic to all individuals and families who qualify through the Sliding Fee Program.
