Details: The San Vicente Healthcare for the Homeless Program operates a clinic at the Opportunity Center for the Homeless. Referrals to the homeless clinic are received from all shelters throughout the community. Transportation to our Homeless clinic from any shelter can be provided by Centro San Vicente.

Details: The La Fe Central Clinic is our organization’s flagship medical-service site. Our network’s lead community-health center provides our members with adult dental and primary health-care services. In addition, it offers diabetes-prevention/ management education, weight loss, and smoking-cessation classes. Prenatal care is also offered. Patients at the La Fe Central Clinic also have convenient access to on-site clinic registration, laboratory, and X-ray departments. Community families in need of breastfeeding and nutritional support also have access to the La Fe Women’s Infants and Children (WIC) Program at this facility. The La Fe Optometry Clinic serves our community’s vision-health needs from this location, as well. In addition to having its own in-house pharmacy, the Central Clinic serves as the distribution hub for La Fe’s Pharmacy Department and its services to our satellite clinics throughout El Paso County. The La Fe Central Clinic’s pharmacy team also offers medication-therapy management services and a Coumadin clinic at this site. The La Fe Central Clinic also welcomes walk-in patients. All community members in need of information regarding the Affordable Care Act’s marketplace can receive on-site registration assistance at this facility. The La Fe Central Clinic is located in the heart of El Paso’s Segundo Barrio, directly across the street from the historic site of the Los Seis Infiernos tenements, where La Fe was founded.
Details: In April 1999 - during Mes Del Niño (Children’s Month) our founders’ dream of a children’s state-of-the-art health-care and a disease-prevention/ health-education facility became a reality. A key component of the La Fe Child and Adolescent Wellness Center’s mission is its state-of-the-art pediatric clinic. Located in La Fe’s South El Paso campus, this multi-story medical facility provides our community’s children and their families with quality, affordable health care in a bilingual and culturally respectful setting. Here, children and adolescents have access to a variety of services including immunizations, well-child exams, sports physicals, dental care, eye and hearing screenings, and on-site clinic registration. This facility welcomes walk-in patients. In addition, the clinic’s patients have direct access to the CAWC’s arts and education component, the La Fe Culture and Technology Center. Information regarding the Affordable Care Act’s marketplace and on-site registration assistance is available at this facility for all community members.
Details: The José Román MD Pediatric Clinic offers Central El Paso’s children (newborn to 17 years-of-age) and their families a quality and affordable resource for well-child exams, sports physicals, immunizations, and nutrition-education services. La Fe’s Women’s Infants and Children (WIC) Program is conveniently located next door to offer support and education for families in need of breastfeeding and nutrition assistance. Patients in need of diabetes-prevention/ management education can receive one-on-one classes at this facility or they can attend group classes at La Fe’s Central Clinic. The José Román MD Pediatric Clinic offers its patients immediate access to the facility’s on-site pharmacy for affordable access to their prescriptions. This facility is named in honor of the late José Román MD, one of our community’s most beloved pediatricians and a longtime La Fe supporter. The clinic is located just outside of the Downtown El Paso area - across from Houston Park - and is adjacent to La Fe’s Yandell Adult Clinic.

Our community members at the La Fe Lisbon Clinic also have convenient access to on-site clinic registration and laboratory departments. In addition, the Lisbon Clinic offers its community members a computer lab with free access to the Internet and a printer. All community members in need of information regarding the Affordable Care Act’s marketplace can receive on-site registration assistance at this facility. The La Fe Lisbon Clinic is located in Central El Paso, just south of Interstate-10 and a few minutes east of Downtown El Paso.
