Details: We've been around for nearly 50 years. And during those years, we’ve never turned a patient away if they couldn’t pay. Why? Because we have a deep understanding of the importance of reproductive and sexual health services. Poverty, oppression, lack of access and discrimination are just a handful of the barriers the people we serve face when it comes to getting their health care needs met. We are determined to change that. We believe each individual person is deserving of not only high-quality and affordable services, but also of affirming, individualized, and respectful care. It’s what people should expect from their health care providers. And that’s exactly what we deliver. Through our clinic services, community education program and services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, we’re working towards a healthier community and ultimately, a healthier you.
Details: Health Start School Based Clinics are part of Minnesota Community Care, a private, nonprofit community clinic. We provide integrated wellness care at 10 public high schools in St. Paul-AGAPE, Central, Como, Creative Arts, Gordon Parks, Harding, Highland, Humboldt, Johnson, and Washington. Our students have access to mental health support, medical care, health education, and fitness/nutrition counseling.

Details: Founded by Drs. Vacharee and Andrew Peterson, Community Dental Care was one of the first private clinics in the Twin Cities that focused primarily on serving low-income and patients from all walks of life. To ensure continued access to high-quality dental care for the large number of our patients enrolled in public programs, the clinic was incorporated into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in August 2004 and began serving patients as a nonprofit in January 2005. In May 2008, CDentC opened its second clinic location in Maplewood. In December 2012, a third location opened in Rochester in the Heintz Center. On January 13, 2014, Community Dental Care launched its fourth location, in Robbinsdale. We opened up another office in Rochester as our fifth location on August 14, 2017. Today, with 76 chairs and a staff of 270, we provide dental services to more than 49,000 patients every year.
