About this clinic

Shenandoah Community Health (SCH) is part of The Ryan White Outpatient Program, which identifies people who are at risk for HIV and/or affected by the disease. The program offers comprehensive healthcare testing to individuals living with HIV regardless of their ability to pay. In 2003, SCH was designated a Ryan White - Part C Program location. This satellite program is sponsored by the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center of West Virginia University and serves Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral, Morgan, and Pendleton Counties. In 2010, SCH was designated a Ryan White - Part A Program location enabling SCH to increase service categories to Berkeley County as well as Jefferson County residents. This program is sponsored by the DC Department of Health and care is supervised by WVU Positive Health Clinic in Morgantown. The SCH | Ryan White Program is one of 27 institutions nationwide awarded Federal Ryan White Care Act funding.
