About this clinic

First opened in 2022 in the historic Wee Kirk Church in Ben Lomond, our Santa Cruz Mountain Health Center is now located next door to the church at 231 Main St. Suite A. The clinic serves the primary health care needs of men, women and children regardless of economic status, through high-quality, patient-centered primary care.
