About this clinic

Sheridan Health Services is a 501(c)(3) federally-qualified nurse-managed clinic that began in 1995 in with providers from the University of Colorado, College of Nursing. We offer a variety of services to encompass all of a patient's needs and strive to provide complete care to individuals with a focus on wellness and disease prevention. The School-Based Health Center provides primary care and a comprehensive range of physical, mental, and oral health services to a low-income, diverse, pediatric population.
