Clinic Details: It is our desire to serve that drives us. We offer a comprehensive suite of medical, preventative, and therapeutic services for all ages, from infants to seniors. Valley Health Care is your locally based, non-profit primary health care and vision service provider, with clinics in Mill Creek and Elkins, WV. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
