It is our desire to serve that drives us. We offer a comprehensive suite of medical, preventative, and therapeutic services for all ages, from infants to seniors. Valley Health Care is your locally based, non-profit primary health care and vision service provider, with clinics in Mill Creek and Elkins, WV.
