  • Clinic Details: SCFHC opened its Wellness Center at Elizabeth High School in September 2016. This was made possible in participation with the L.A. Trust for Children’s Health and LAUSD. Since then, SCFHC has been proudly offering comprehensive primary care services accessible to not only students but the community as a whole. School-based wellness centers like this one make visiting your doctor as easy as walking down the school hallway. ALL students are eligible for services, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Students must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian to receive services.
