Very professional and courteous staff. My assigned medical provider Randall Choka listens to patient problems and provides practical and professional solutions. Mr Choka truly cares about the well being of his patients and is an outstanding medical provider. He is definitely a big plus for the clinic ("Five Stars") and hope he continues providing outstanding service at the clinic on a long term basis.
