Today, Friend Family Health Center’s delivery sites provide care services to over 30,000 patients on an annual basis. We are proud to be recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, a designation that demonstrates our commitment to improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of healthcare delivery. Although Friend Family has grown significantly, both in number of service delivery sites and patients, we remain true to our founding philosophy: to provide more medically underserved and low-income individuals and families access to high quality health services while alleviating disparities in health care outcomes.
