BSP Free Clinic does not duplicate the primary care medical services provided by other free clinics in Dane County or the surrounding area and is the only free clinic that provides multiple specialty health care services.   • Details: Access Community Health Centers and the University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine and Community Health have partnered since July 2009 to offer a full range of primary care services at the Wingra Family Medical Center. This clinic is a residency training site for medical students who have finished medical school and are training as specialists in Family Medicine, as well as students in nursing, social work, pharmacy and psychology.
